How do I book a ride with GoCom Taxi?
Open the GoCom app, enter your pickup location and destination, choose your ride option, and tap Book to confirm your trip.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes. After entering your trip details, choose the option to schedule your ride and select your preferred pickup date and time.
How do I cancel a ride?
Go to your active trip and tap Cancel Ride. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the trip.
How are fares calculated?
Fares are based on factors such as distance, trip duration, applicable fees and current demand. Where available, you'll see an estimated fare before you confirm your trip.
What payment methods do you accept?
GoCom supports major bank cards and other available in-app payment options. You can manage your payment methods inside the app.
Can I add multiple stops?
Yes. You can add extra stops while setting up your trip. Your fare may update depending on the number and distance of stops.
How do I contact my driver?
Once your ride is confirmed, you can use the in-app call or messaging options to contact your driver.
What if my driver is late or the ETA changes?
You can monitor your driver's live ETA in the app. If there is a significant delay, you may contact the driver or cancel the trip based on the applicable cancellation policy.
Do you offer airport pickups?
Yes. If airport pickup or drop-off is available in your area, enter the airport as your pickup or destination and follow the app instructions for the correct meeting point.
How do I apply a promo code?
Go to the promotions or offers section in the app, enter your promo code, and apply it before confirming your trip.
I left an item in the car. What should I do?
Open your completed trip in ride history and use the available lost-item or support option. If you still need help, contact
