Open the app, enter your pickup and destination, choose a ride
type, and tap Book. You can add notes for the
driver before confirming.
Yes. After setting pickup and destination, tap
Schedule to select date and time. You’ll
receive reminders and status updates as your pickup
approaches.
Go to the active trip card and tap
Cancel Ride. A cancellation fee may apply if
the driver is already en route or has arrived.
Fares are based on time and distance, plus local fees and
demand. An upfront fare or estimate is shown before you
confirm whenever available.
We accept major cards and supported in-app wallets. Manage
methods via Profile → Payment.
Yes—tap the + next to the destination field
to add up to two stops. The fare will update accordingly.
Once booked, use the in-app Call or
Message buttons. Numbers are masked for
privacy.
Track the live ETA in the app. If delays are significant,
contact the driver or cancel in line with our cancellation
policy.
Yes. Set the airport as pickup/drop-off and follow the in-app
guidance for the correct passenger pickup zone.
Go to Profile → Promotions, add your code,
and ensure it’s applied before booking. Eligible discounts
appear on the fare estimate.
Open the completed trip in your history and tap
Lost Item to reach your driver. Still need

Where available, choose the Child Seat or
WAV option before booking. Availability
varies by city and time.
Drivers are verified and trips can be shared live with trusted
contacts. Access the in-app Safety Toolkit anytime during a
ride.
